Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition received
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, etc.)

To start a return, please contact us through the Contact option in the website footer and include your order number along with details of the item you’d like to return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Please note: returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact option in the website footer so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalised items
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may also refuse returns on products showing signs of use, wear, or contamination.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to:

• Request a return for the original item
• Once approved, place a new order for the replacement product

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
